This complaint has been filed by the complainants against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 prays to pay a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- by way of non-completion of project in time and for not providing the amenities as assured in the Developer Agreement especially the Swimming pool and also for disturbing complainant’s U.D.S. share in the land on the part of the opposite parties as per solemn assurance given by them in the Developer agreement dated:18.06.2012 and to pay a sum of Rs.9,00,000/- towards compensation for deficiency in service, mental agony, strain, stress and financial loss and cost of Rs.1,00,000/- to the complainant.
Proof Affidavit of both complainants and opposite parties not filed for a long time to prove the allegations raised in the complaint and contentions raised in the written version. The complainant has not taken any step for the 1st complainant also. Hence, this case is dismissed for default.
