JUDGMENT
 
JUSTICE SHRI.K.R.UDAYABHANU : PRESIDENT
 
Appellants are the opposite parties/Kerala State Electricity Board in OP.No.266/1996 in the file of CDRF, Thiruvananthapuram. The Forum had setaside the APTS bill for Rs.73,507/- except for Rs.24502/-and also directed the appellants to pay for Rs.20000/- as compensation, Rs.3000/- as damages and Rs.3000/- as costs. It is challenging the above order that appellants/opposite parties took up the matter before this Commission.
Later as ordered by this Commission appellants have filed a statement dated 4.11.04 wherein the total amount claimed is Rs.89,382/-. The respondent/complainant have remitted the above amount and produced the         bank statement evidencing the same. It is submitted on 13.3.05 a sum of Rs.95000/- has been paid vide cheque No.760003 through SBI, Attingal. In the circumstances nothing further remains to be decided in the appeal. The appeal is closed.
