This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to pay a sum of Rs.3,02,000/- towards cost of the complaint said bike together with interest at the rate of 24% p.a. from the date of claim to till the date of realization and to pay a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- towards compensation for negligence, deficiency in service, mental agony, hardships pain and frustration with cost to the complainant.

Proof Affidavit of the complainant is not filed for a long time to prove the averments in the complaint.  The complainant and Counsel also called absent for a long time.  Hence, this complaint is dismissed for default.
