                 Complaint filed under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 for a direction to the opposite party  to take back the mobile and to replace the same and also to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- as compensation and also to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/-  towards litigation expenses  to the complainant.
