This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to pay a sum of Rs.20,200/- towards cost of the complaint said mobile phone, Rs.1,000/- towards insurance premium and Rs.12,000/- towards purchase of alternative mobile phone totally of Rs.33,200/- and to pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- towards compensation for the pecuniary loss, mental agony and deficiency in service with cost to the complainant.

Proof Affidavit of the complainant is not filed for a long time to prove the contentions in the complaint.  The complainant and Counsel called absent for a long time.  Hence, this complaint is dismissed for default.
