          This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 seeking direction to pay a sum of Rs.1200/- and also to pay  sum of Rs.88,800/- towards delay, mental agony and Rs.10,000/- towards legal expenses of the complaint.    

       

 

        On verification of records, the complainant has not filed any proof affidavit and marked documents to prove his case for long time.   Complainant also called absent for long time.     Hence this complaint is dismissed for default.  No cost.
