               The complaint was filed by the complainant U/S 12 of Consumer Protection Act 1986 alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite parties in selling a television along with a prayer to replace the Philips LED TV vide Model No.55PFL 5059 FHD 240HZ or to refund the sale price of Rs.60,201 with an interest at the rate of 24% per annum from the invoice date 16.07.2016 to till the date of realization and to pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- towards compensation for the mental agony caused to the complainant due to the deficiency in service on the part of the opposite parties with cost of the proceedings to the complainant.
No representation for complainant.  Represented that the matter has been settled out of Commission.  Hence this complaint is dismissed as settled.  No cost.
