This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to pay the cost of the Miranda 1.5 litres bottle for a sum of Rs.61.75/- and to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- towards compensation for mental agony, with cost of Rs.10,000/- to the complainant.

Proof Affidavit of both complainant and opposite parties not filed for a long time to prove the contentions in the complaint and written version.  The complainant and Counsel called absent for a long time.   Hence, this complaint is dismissed for default.
