                   At the request of both the parties, their statements recorded in the National Lok Adalat.  The Ops no. 2 & 3 agreed to deliver new mobile handset to the complainant with fresh warranty but the counsel for the complainant has claimed compensation.  The OP stated that there was breakage in the mobile handset of the complainant, which is not covered under the warranty.  However, the Ops as a gesture of goodwill has agreed to give the new mobile handset to the complainant.  Considering the facts of the case, we parlty allow the complaint of the complainant and direct the Ops no. 2 & 3 to deliver the new mobile handset to the complainant within 30 days from the date of passing of this order and the complainant is directed to deposit the accessories etc. of the mobile handset with the OP no. 2.  File be consigned to the record room.
