आदरणीय अध्यक्षा श्रीमती एस.एम.उंटवाले,  यांचे अनुसार

                        ग्राहक संरक्षण कायदा 1986 चे, कलम :27 अन्वये, सादर करण्‍यात आलेल्‍या, सदर तक्रारीमध्ये तक्रारकर्ते यांनी रेकॉर्डवर आज दि. 04/11/2015 रोजी पुरसीस दाखल केली.  त्यामधील मजकुर येणे प्रमाणे…

     “    That the above matter is amicably settled out of court between complainant and the accused person.  That the complainant has received the amount of award passed by this hon’ble court towards full and final settlement and there is no any amount due towards the award passed by this hon’ble court and the dispute between the parties.  Thus the complainant does not  want to proceed with the  present matter and hence matter be dispose off as withdrawn unconditionally.”

            तक्रारकर्ते यांचे उपरोक्त पुरसीसनुसार, तक्रारकर्त्याच्या तक्रारीमधील वादाचे पुर्णपणे समाधान झालेले आहे. त्यामुळे सदर तक्रारीतील कार्यवाही कायमची येथेच थांबविण्यात येत असून, सदर तक्रार नस्तीबध्द करण्याचे निर्देश देण्यात येत आहेत व अशा प्रकारे सदर तक्रार कायमची निकाली काढण्यात येत आहे.
