    Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986. Complaint is filed seeking direction against the opposite parties to replace the air conditioner with a new brand of same model  or to pay a sum of Rs.33,975/- and also to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- as compensation for mental agony and Rs.15,000/- towards the cost of the complaint.
