ORDER

THIRU. S. PANDIAN,

 Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986. Complaint is filed seeking direction against the opposite parties to pay a sum of Rs.82,000/- towards the cost of the T.V. and to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- as damages for mental agony and hardship  and to pay cost of the complaint.  

Complainant represented through counsel and file Memo for settled out of court and withdrawn, Recorded.  Hence this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.  No cost.
