       This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 seeking direction  to pay a sum of Rs.3,69,671/-  towards the cost of the car and also to pay  a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- for mental agony and to pay Rs.3,000/- towards cost of the complaint.

        Proof affidavit of Complainant and Opposite party-2 not filed for long time to prove the averments  in the Compliant and written version.  Both  complainant and Opposite party called absent for long time.  Hence this complaint is dismissed for default.   No cost.
