Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986.  The complaint is filed seeking direction against the opposite parties to refund a sum of Rs.2350/- with interest and also to return the parts of the washing machine and to pay a sum of Rs.70,000/- as compensation and Rs.20,000/- as cost of the complaint.
