ORDER

BY PRESIDENT THIRU. G.VINOBHA, M.A.,B.L.,

          This complaint is filed by the complainant u/s 35 of the Consumer Protection Act.2019.

          The complainant filed this complaint against the opposite party to refund the amount paid by the complainant to the opposite party for a sum of Rs.2999/- with 18% p.a. from the date of filing this complaint and till the date of disposal of this order and to pay a sum of Rs.480000/- compensation towards mental agony and financial contribution suffered by the complainant.

          Complainant absent. No representation for complainant.  Already sufficient time given.  Hence complaint is dismissed for default.
