This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 seeking to direct the 1 & 2nd opposite parties to hand over the complaint mentioned 3 flats complete in all respects as per the approved plan, including water, electricity and other amenities necessary and suitable for possession and convenient enjoyment as a residential portion including common area as per law,  to pay the rental income of Rs.14,40,000/- for which, the complainant is entitled to get from March 2014 to October 2016 and a sum of Rs.45,000/- per month from November 2016 to till the date of payment and to pay a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- towards compensation for mental agony with cost of Rs.50,000/-.

 

CMP No.109/2018 is allowed.   Hearing adjourned today.  Both parties and Counsels appeared in person and filed Joint Compromise Memo which is recorded.  In view of the Joint Compromise Memo, this case is dismissed as settled out of this Forum.   The Joint Compromise Memo form part of the order.
