The complainant  shall endorse that complaint is not pressed and in such event the opposite party expressed no objection in releasing Rs.1,10,000/- deposited  before court by the complainant as repairing cost . The opposite party counsel also endorsed that the opposite party has no objection  in releasing the amount.  As both parties endorsed as above the file closed.
