THIRU. M. MONY, PRESIDENT

          This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 seeking direction to return back the sale consideration of Rs.6,00,000/- with interest and also to pay compensation of Rs.5,00,000/- and Rs.20,000/- towards cost of the litigation. 

        The complainant counsel made an endorsement.  In view of the endorsement this complaint is dismissed as settled out of Forum.   No cost.
