This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 seeking direction  to replace the New Laptop or to refund the amount of Rs.51,000/- and also to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- towards mental agony and Rs.15000/- towards cost of incidental expenses and to pay cost of the complaint.

          Complainant filed memo stating that the matter is settled between out of this Forum.   Hence  this memo is recorded.  The Complaint  is dismissed as settled out of this Forum.    No Cost.
