This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to pay a sum of Rs.98,000/- towards compensation for deficiency in service and mental agony and stress with cost of Rs.2,000/- along with interest from 12.06.2015 to till date of realization to the complainant.

 

Proof affidavit of the complainant not filed for a long time to prove the contentions in the complaint. The complainant and Counsel absent for a long time.  Hence the complaint is dismissed for default.
