THIRU. M. MONY, PRESIDENT

          This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 seeking direction to pay a sum of Rs.2,50,000/-  for deficiency of service and Rs.2,50,000/- for mental agony and to pay cost of the complaint.    

        Both Complainant and opposite party has not filed any proof affidavit for long time.  Even after repeated adjournments of last chances.  Both Complainant and the opposite party called absent for long time.   No representation also.  Hence the complaint is dismissed for default.  No cost.
