                                                                  ORDER

  Complainant and his counsel ,opposite party and his counsel are present.  Matter settled in the adalat.  As per settlement the complainant agreed to pay Rs.54,000/- in 30/9/2013 to the opposite party, the  pending instalments.  Remaining instalments will be paid as per the  chart issued by opposite party.  On final closure of the loan account the opposite party will provide a waiver from AFC(amount of Rs.11,117/-) to a tune of Rs .4500/- to the  complainant.

  Opposite party agreed to withdraw the ARC proceedings pending before Chennai, Arbitrator. After closure of the loan account the opposite party undertakes to issue clearance certificate and NOC to the complainant.  Both parties agreed  the above terms and conditions of settlement.  Hence  the  complaint is closed accordingly.
