ORDER

THIRU. M. MONY, PRESIDENT

 Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986. Complaint is filed seeking direction against the opposite parties  to refund a sum of Rs.1,25,000/- towards membership fee and also to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- towards rental returns and to pay Rs.2,00,000/- as compensation for mental agony  to the complainant.

 

 

Both counsels appeared and filed joint compromise Memo stating that the opposite party has paid a sum of Rs.1,25,000/- by way of demand draft.  Hence the Memo is recorded.  In view of the Memo this case is dismissed as settled out of Forum.   No cost.
