Final Order / Judgement

Today is fixed for hearing of the MA/103/2022.

The Ld. Advocate appearing for the complainant for the said application.

It is submitted by the Ld. Advocate that only the developers were made parties to this case keeping landowners away therefrom inadvertently.

He wants to implead once the landowners by filing the aforesaid petition.

The submission of the Ld. Advocate appears to be well-founded one and therefore is upheld.

The prayer for addition of parties which has been made under MA/103/2022 is allowed.

The Ld. Advocate of the complainant is directed to file amended complaint incorporating the names of the landowners by 19.09.2022.

She will also file requisites for issue of notice to the added parties.

Let a plain copy be given to the parties free of cost as per CPR.
