Complaint is filed seeking direction against the opposite parties to replace the mobile with a new one or to refund cost of the mobile a sum of Rs.12,900/-  and also to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- as deficiency in service  and to pay cost of the complaint to the complainant.
