This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to pay a sum of Rs.7,451/- towards refund of the defective Lenovo A 6000 mobile manufactured by the 1st opposite party and delivered by the opposite parties 2 & 3 and to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- towards compensation for loss, monetary loss, hardship, mental agony, trauma, stress, physical strain, pain, pressure caused to the complainant due to deficiency of service and unfair trade practice of the opposite parties and cost of the complaint.
Proof Affidavit of the complainant and 2nd opposite party not filed for a long time to prove the allegations raised in the complaint and written version respectively. Both complainant, 1st opposite party and their Counsels absent for a long time. Hence this case is dismissed for default.
