Complainant/DH is represented by Shri. Kauthanker. Respondent/JD is represented by Adv. Ms. S. Parab. Shri. Kauthanker has placed on record a copy of the letter by which a draft sale deed has been submitted by the complainant for the approval of the JD. The complainant has also filed an application seeking further time of 15 days for execution of the sale deed. In view of the various orders made from thime to time, particularly on 13/06/2014 and thereafter, we are not inclined to grant any further time to the Complainant/DH. The Complainant and the OP may execute the sale deed at their own leisure. Accordingly, we close these execution proceedings.
