            policy commencing from 28.5.2002 for Rs. 50,000/-    He             

 

                  GovernmentHospital, Nandyal andGuntur, the premium was paid at Ongole branch office suppressing the death. Therefore she was not entitled to the amount covered under the policy. 

 

 

 

 

         

The complainant in proof of her case filed her affidavit evidence and Exs. A1 to A9 while the insurance company filed affidavit evidence of its officer and Exs. B1 to B6.

         GovernmentHospital, Nandyal and the same was registered in Crime No. 150/2002 evidenced under     

The complainant alleges that due date for the second premium was 28.8.2002,  She also introduced a new theory       

Assuming that the complainant not knowing the death of her husband paid the amount on 5.10.2002,     The quarterly premium due by 28.8.2002 was not paid even within the grace period by 28.9.2002.  

 

 

 

 

 

Obviously the          Ex-facie assured
