            District Forum conducted an adalat on 20.12.2008.  Complainants and opposite parties present.  Matter settled as per terms and all the defects involved in these cases rectified and opposite parties are ready to give warranty for one year from the date of this order.  If any thing occurred within the warranty period, as mechanical defects or defects in battery, this should be repaired or replaced within one year by 1st opposite party.

 

            Matter settled in the Adalat and complaints closed as withdrawn.

 

            Pronounced in open Court this the 20th day of December 2008.
