This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 seeking refund for a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- towards the excess amount and to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- towards the amount spent for rent by the complainant and to pay a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- towards the hike in construction material due to the negligent act, to pay a sum of Rs.7,00,000/- towards mental agony and torture suffered by the complainant and to pay a sum of Rs.20,000/- towards the cost of proceedings.

Steps for impleading legal heirs of complainant not filed for long time.  Complainant Counsel reported no instruction also.   Hence this complaint is dismissed as abated.
