Velankar – Authorised Representative. Opponent present before the Forum. They have filed joint purshis as regards compromise and admitted contents and signature on the purshis. Hence compromise is verified and complaint is disposed of in terms of compromise. Proceedings closed.     [2]               Both parties are directed to collect the sets which are provided for the Hon’ble Members within one month from the date of order.
