ORAL ORDER

          This consumer complaint is not listed for hearing before this Forum today and it is actually listed for hearing on 11/04/2017.  However, on oral request made by the parties present before this Forum, this case is taken up for hearing on Daily Board for today.

[2]     Complainants in person is present together with Adv. Smt. Jyoti A. Asnikar.  Adv. Smt. Anaviksha S. Dhamdhere is present on behalf of the Opposite Parties.  Parties present before us report to this Forum that since, there is amicable settlement of dispute between the parties outside the Forum, now, the Complainants are no longer interested in further prosecution of present consumer complaint and as such, Complainants may be permitted to withdraw the present consumer complaint.  Parties have accordingly filed a joint pursis.  In view of statements made at the Bar and in view of the pursis filed on record, leave is granted to the Complainants to withdraw the present consumer complaint.  Accordingly, consumer complaint stands disposed off as withdrawn.  Parties shall bear their own costs.
