ORDER

RJS filed power for Op No.3 and 4. Counsel for the complainant has filed Jt. Memo signed by Op No.1 and 2 stating that dispute has been settled amicably between the complainant and Op No.1 and 2 in which Op No.1 has paid Rs.1,20,900/- to the complainant through a cheque excluding TDS and that Op No.2 has tendered a cheque of Rs.10,000/- towards cost of this proceedings and that claim of the complainant is fully satisfied and to dispose off the complaint accordingly. Hence, Complaint is disposed off in terms of the joint memo.
