In terms of Section 25(3) of the C>P. Act and in the light of the observations made in para 3 of the said judgement, the DH would be certainly entitled to a certificate to be issued in terms of Section 25(3) to the Collector of hte District to recover the amount due by the JD as arrears of land revenue to be paid to the DH.
