          This complaint is filed by the complainant u/s 12 of the Consumer Protection Act.1986.

          The complainant filed this complaint against the opposite parties to return the entire air fare of Rs.15,000/- per ticket (3 No’s) totaling to Rs.45,000/- to the complainant and to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- towards monetary compensation to all the complainants.

The 1^st opposite party present.  Complainant absent.  No representation.  Already sufficient time given. Complainant has no interest in the complaint. Hence the complaint is dismissed for default.
