Complainant called.  Absent.  No representation on behalf of the complainant.  Take up after lunch.  Complainant called.  Absent.  No representation on behalf of the complainant.  The complainant was absent on earlier occasions.  This Forum adjourned the matter on earlier occasions even though there was no representation considering that CP Act is a beneficial legislation.  Absence of the complainant even through posted under the caption “Dismissal” leads us to draw an inference that he has no interest to prosecute the case.  Hence dismissed for default.
