               For the reasons discussed above, the complaint filed by the complainant U/s.12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 is hereby partly allowed with costs.

           The OP-1 & 2 are directed to refund the cost of RS.17,874/- of HTC Desire 816G Duel Sims mobile set.

          Further Ops are directed to pay Rs.2, 000/- compensation towards mental agony and costs of the proceedings.

          Further Ops are jointly and severally directed to pay the award amount to the complainant within ten weeks from the date of this order , if Ops fails to comply this order, the complainant is entitled to recover the said amount together with interest at 8 percentage from the date of complainant till realization.
