Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986. Complaint is filed seeking direction against the opposite party to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- as compensation for mental agony and to cancel the 2nd credit card alleged to have been issued to the complainant and to pay cost of the complaint.
