THIRU. M. MONY, PRESIDENT

This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 seeking direction  to pay a sum of Rs.16,600/- for the faulty Hob and to pay sum of Rs.8,00,000/- for mental agony and risk of life to family members  and to pay cost of the complaint.

         Notice to opposite parties 1 to 3 not taken for long time.  Complainant called absent for long time.   No representation also.  This complaint is  dismissed for default.
