ORDER

THIRU. S. PANDIAN,

 Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986. Complaint is filed seeking direction against the opposite parties to repay a sum of Rs.6,000/- paid by the complainant with interest  and also to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- as compensation for mental agony and damages and also to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- as cost of the complaint.

At 11.35 A.M.

Both represented though counsels.  The counsel for the complainant made an endorsement for withdrawal of the complaint and Settled out of court and recorded.   Hence this compliant is dismissed as withdrawn and settled out of court.  No cost.
