THIRU. M. MONY, PRESIDENT

          This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 seeking direction  to pay a sum of Rs.7,50,000/- as compensation for loss of 156 sq. ft. with interest and to pay sum of Rs.30,000/- being the monthly rent from March 2012 to May 2012 and Rs.15000/- p.m. as rent  from June 2012 to till handing over the possession of the flat and to give possession of the flat and to handover original documents and to submit the original plan and also to pay a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- for deficiency in service & mental agony and Rs.25000/- as cost of the complaint.

        Memo filed and recorded.  In view of the Memo Hearing advanced to today.  Both parties filed Joint Memorandum of compromise which is recorded.  In view of the Joint Memorandum of Compromise, this complaint is dismissed as settled out this forum.  Joint Memorandum of Compromise from part of the decree.
