ORAL ORDER

          None present for the parties even on second call.  Today parties failed to appear before this Forum without any sufficient reason.  Perusal of order-sheet reveals that Complainants were absent even on previous two dates viz. 31/03/2017 and 14/02/2017.  Not only this but Complainants also failed to lead evidence as contemplated under Section-13(4) of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 in compliance with earlier order dated 09/12/2016 passed by this Forum.  Thus, in these peculiar circumstances, it does appear to this Forum that Complainants have lost their interest in further prosecution of present consumer complaint.  In such circumstances, it is not desirable to prolong the case.  Hence, consumer complaint stands dismissed for want of prosecution in accordance with provisions of Section-13(2)(c) of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 read with Rule-4(7) of Maharashtra Consumer Protection Rules, 2000.  Parties shall bear their own costs.
