          This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 seeking direction to do the alignment work free of cost and also to pay Rs.1,00,000/- as compensation for mental agony and Rs.1000/- towards cost of the complaint.

 

        Proof affidavit of complainant not filed for long time.  The complainant and counsel also called absent for long time.   Complainant has not taken  any steps to prove the complaint.  Hence this complaint is dismissed for default.  No costs.
