          This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 seeking direction to pay a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- towards mental agony and to pay a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- towards repair charges for the car and to pay cost of the complaint.

 

        Proof affidavit of complainant not filed for long time; even after repeated adjournments.  The complainant and counsel also called absent.  No representation also.  Hence this complaint is dismissed for default.  No cost.
