ORDER

This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to replace the defective Vacuum Cleaner and pay interest at the rate of 12% p.a. for a sum of Rs.6,800/- from the date of purchase to till the product is replaced and to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- towards compensation for deficiency in service, physical strain and mental agony with cost to the complainant.

Proof Affidavit of the complainant and 2^nd opposite party not filed for a long time to prove the allegations in the complaint and written version respectively.  The complainant is called absent for a long time.   Hence, this complaint is dismissed for default.
