    Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986. Complaint is filed seeking direction against the opposite parties to return the Annual Maintenance Contract amount of Rs.7,440/- with interest and also to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- as compensation for deficiency in service and also to pay the  cost of the complaint to the complainant.
