                 Complaint filed under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 for a direction to the opposite party  to pay a sum of Rs.6,04,941/- towards Pre-EMI interest along with interest and also to hand over the vacant possession of the flat and Rs.10,00,000/- as compensation  with cost of the complaint  to the complainant.
