This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties 1 to 5 under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 to refund a sum of Rs.59,999/- towards the purchase of second hand APPLE iPHONE 6 128 GB Grey along with interest at the rate of 18% p.a. till the date of realization and to pay a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- towards compensation for mental agony, pain, suffering and deficiency in service committed by both the opposite parties 1 & 4 with cost of proceedings to the complainant.

Proof Affidavit of the complainant and 3^rd opposite party not filed for a long time to prove the allegations in the complaint and contentions raised in the written version.   Both complainant and the 3^rd opposite party and their respective Counsels absent for a long time.   Hence, this complaint is dismissed for default.
