    Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986. Complaint is filed seeking direction against the opposite parties to pay a sum of Rs.52,000/- towards cost of the T.V. with installation amount of Rs.1,500/- and Rs.11904/- towards courier charges and Rs.4,00,000/- as compensation for damages and to pay cost of the complaint.
