Per Sri A. Hazarath Rao, President:-

Counsel for the opposite party filed memo affixing welfare stamp of Rs.50/-.   Counsel for the complainant filed memo to the following effect:

        “It is submitted that the above case stands posted to day.   While so the petitioner and opposite party are compromised out of the settlement in the above case, the petitioner willing to withdraw the above case against the opposite party.

Hence it is prayed that the Hon’ble Forum may be pleased to receive this memo and pass such necessary orders in the interest of justice”.

In view of the said memo the complaint is dismissed as settled.
